I wrote before about some useful USB based data loggers the same company has a version that allows you to use an external thermocouple so you could use this to do out of band measurement of temperature in a pc – which might be of interest to over clocker’s and people doing home brew embedded systems maybe a nslu2 as a controller for a home brewing setup ?


The AEL-USB-TC data logger measures and stores over 32,000 temperature readings for a K, J or T-Type thermocouple temperature probe with simple download of the stored data directly to your PC’s USB port.
