An Interesting story that I found via scobels site. An Expat working for a UK company in
Paris got fired allegedly for writing a blog.
They seem to have done her for gross misconduct which is interesting she’s now suing them for unfair dismissal.
Scobels seemed to completely miis the point and even thought that her losing her case would be good for bogging (what is it with msoft and HR issues – they just seem so amateur night)
From what’s come out it looks like the employers going down an Anglo Saxon company in a French court driving a coach and hoses though best practice – let alone any French employment laws.
