It looks like a security fuck up of almost unimaginable magnitude.
Bruce Schneier has a report that the voting machines used in many American states are totally insecure and open to tampering in a very trivial manner.
There are standards for devices which need to be secure the FIPS standards which have a range of requirements.
And I though the fiasco of the Chip and Pin in this country was bad.
Any attempt to open a voting machine or chip and pin reader should result in the shut down if not the self destruction of the device.
Makes me think all the high ups in the banks/voting companies(in the us) all ex copers who took "Medical" retirement "Nudge" "Nudge"
